Students Say Thanks and Goodbye

On May 30th, 2006 Emagine students hosted a graduation dinner for their families, teachers and community supporters in Madison Park’s very own restaurant Café 75. Catered by fellow MP students, the graduation dinner was decorated and planned by Emagine students to say thank you to family and staff for their support over the past 4 years. Students were individually recognized and given a “college starter kit” that included notebooks, binders, pens, popcorn and the college required dry erase board for the dorms. The event raised over $1,500 for our laptop fundraiser campaign. It was a great way to celebrate our students’ success. Thank you to all who supported our evening! Click Here for more pics

Students visit their future schools!

Emagine students have begun to visit the their college campuses. Emagine staff and students have visited schools and identified locations of the financial aid office, the writing and tutoring center, advisors office, student center, club offices and dorms. Some students even were lucky enough to get job offers through school offices on our visits. The transition has started and the students are gaining confidence every day.
